Frank Blood

There's something gently engaging about Frank Blood's sparse electro sound. They are a London-based trio who produce a disarming instrumental music. Their songs pool shifting rhythms with bass-driven melodies and generous layers of disorienting sonic texture.

Coming from starting points as varied as hip-hop, techno, improv and Krautrock, Frank Blood channel their influences into surprising structures bursting with devilish detail. Each of their compositions possesses an immediate appeal yet continues to disclose new layers as the listener sinks into the music's curiously seductive melancholia.
